Meet the Founder
Vanessa Williams brings over two decades of frontline experience in environmental safety and compliance. She has managed HAZMAT teams, developed and implemented SPCC plans, and led site operations requiring underground and aboveground storage tank (UST/AST) oversight. Her coordination with local emergency management and LEPCs in Chesterfield, VA, and Chesterfield County, SC, gives her a strong grasp of both regulatory alignment and real-time emergency response.
Vanessa is HAZWOPER certified, OSHA 30 trained, and has served as a trusted advisor and incident command lead for industrial and public sector clients. Her leadership at NiaCore is rooted in hands-on expertise, responsive action, and purpose-driven results.
